Radoš Đurović

Radoš Đurović is Executive director of the Asylum Protection Center, a Serbian NGO providing legal and psychosocial aid to asylum seekers, refugees and persons forced to migrate to Serbia. A lawyer and international law postgraduate, his thesis was entitled “The right to asylum in Serbia”, he is pursuing his international law PhD at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade University. Since 2004 he has been active in the civil sector in Serbia through student associations and NGOs engaged in the promotion and protection of human rights in Serbia. He received an award from The Office of the President of the Republic of Serbia for demonstrated leadership potential and achievements in social activism. Since 2007 he has been active professionally as a lawyer and project manager in the field of refugee and asylum law in both domestic and international projects. He is one of the founders of the Asylum Protection Center.
