Biography
Maja Bobić is an anthropologist with an MA in Southeast European Studies conferred at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Currently EMinS Secretary General, highly skilled in both project and organizational management she is in charge of the overall planning, fundraising and management of EMinS, its representation to partners, associates and beneficiaries. She was the first EMinS Local Council Coordinator developing and implementing EMinS’ Network Strategy. Ms. Bobić was later engaged in research projects and policy analysis in the areas of regional co-operation and European integration process. She was a Freedom House fellow at the ‘Advocacy and lobbying’ school seminar in the USA, an alumnus of the School of political studies of the BFPE and CoE etc. Besides expertise in project development and management, her areas of interest encompass civil society development, civil dialogue, European integration and enlargement, and regional cooperation. She is fluent in English, and has a working knowledge of French and Greek.
