Biography
Alexey Kovalev is a journalist, media manager and commentator. He has worked with many major Russian and international media outlets and is a regular contributor of opinion pieces to The Guardian and the New York Times. Mr Kovalev is currently head of investigative desk at Meduza, an independent Russian-language news website based in Riga, Latvia. In 2015 he also founded The Noodle Remover, a propaganda-debunking project. He specializes in investigative reporting.
