Moderator: Igor Vencel

Igor Vencel is a Slovak career diplomat currently working as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Slovak Embassy in Belgrade. He has a long standing record in the security and defence policy area, in particular security sector reform. During his assignment in New York as the Deputy Permanent Representative at the Slovak Permanent Mission to the United Nations, he has been actively involved in organising events and activities as the Slovak Co-Chair of the Group of Friends of Security Sector Reform.
