BUILDING A TEAM SPIRIT FOR THE SEVENTH BSF
A preparatory training was held last week for our newly selected volunteers to get to meet the BSF team and get necessary information and skills for organization a successful and stress-free event for all. The volunteers not only had an opportunity to gain knowledge on the event management, but also got to know each other better in order to function as a team.
They got an in-depth overview of history and organizational structure of the BSF and were introduced to the Team Coordinators. Workshop equipped them with valuable information on the activities, tasks and responsibilities of each of the Team.
To complete the BSF experience on the second day a team building workshop was organised, during which our volunteers had a number of exercises for building team spirit and better communication.
We see volunteering at the BSF as a valuable opportunity for young professionals to acquire knowledge, skills and experience in the field of foreign affairs and security policy and subsequently help them find a right career path.
