She has respectable knowledge of civil society in the region of Western Balkans, as well as structure and background of international assistance in BiH. Ms Aida Daguda has more than 20 years of experience with international and local CSOs. Initiator of the largest mentoring program for women in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and of several regional initiatives in the region of Western Balkans. Multi-skilled and experienced in managing projects, programs and civil society organizations. Ms Daguda possess extensive experience in development of more enabling environment for civil society development as well as institutional mechanisms of cooperation between government and civil society organizations.
