Amb. Ivan Jestřáb

Amb. Ivan Jestřáb has been the Director of the South and South-East Europe Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic since 2013. With over thirty years experience as a diplomat in key postings from Norway to India, since 2004 he has held a mandate as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Georgia, Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia. He speaks English, Russian, Norwegian, Serbian and has a working knowledge of Polish, Danish and Swedish. He is married with two daughters.
