Biography
Amb. Roksanda Ninčić is the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. She was born in 1961 in Lausanne in Switzerland and graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade. She began her career as a correspondent of “Borba” daily newspaper. In the year 2001 she was appointed for the political adviser in charge of Security Council affairs Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to the United Nations, New York. In 2004 Roksanda was chief of cabinet to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and in 2005 she was appointed for the Head of the Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union, Brussels. In the year of 2012 she was assistant minister of foreign affairs for multilateral cooperation. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
