Dragan Šutanovac

Biography
Dragan Šutanovac is a founder and president of the Council for Strategic Policy (cfsp.rs) Dragan served as the Minister of Defense for two terms (2007 – 2012), while he was also member of the Serbian Parliament and the president of its security and defense board. During his time as Defense Minister, the Ministry was reformed and the Serbian military was fully professionalized. Moreover, the University of Defense was established, the MoD office at the NATO HQ was opened, and the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 – Women, Peace and Security, has commenced.
Dragan delivered lectures on various defense and international relations issues at defense universities in China, Indonesia, Angola, as well as at Atlantic Council and London School of Economics.
