Biography
Dr. Eleonora Poli is a research fellow at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and the London CityPerc, where she researches the political and the institutional implications of the Eurozone crisis, European economic governance and EU external relations. Eleonora hold s a PhD in International Political Economy from the Department of International Politics at City University London. She has worked as consultant for a number of prominent international organisation and public institutions, such IDS Thomson Reuters, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and OSIFE. Dr. Poli has written several opinion pieces on the current European political and institutional crisis for OpenDemocrary, Aspenia, London School of Economics Europe blog and DGAP, German Council on Foreign Relations. (Citation) She recently published the book Antitrust Institutions and Policies in the Globalising Economy (Palgrave MacMillan, 2015).
