Ivana Boštjančič Pulko
Biography
Ivana Boštjančič Pulko completed Political Science – International Relations studies at the University of Ljubljana. She works as a Project Manager and Researcher at the Centre for European Perspective (CEP), Slovenia and has been implementing projects in the field of security sector reform in the Western Balkans as part of the official development assistance by the Republic of Slovenia. Projects covered topics of visa liberalisation, illicit trafficking in firearms, anti-corruption trainings for police, defence sector reform at joining NATO, etc. Additionally she has participated in several capacity building, research, dissemination and evaluation activities in the field of civilian crisis management and conflict prevention, most importantly in the framework of European New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management (ENTRi) and H2020 research project Improving the Effectiveness of Capabilities in EU Conflict Prevention (IECEU).
