Jitka Znamenackova
Biography
Jitka Znamenackova is Director of the Department of EU Policies and Structural Funds, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. She finished High School – Business Academy in Prague. She graduated from the University of Economic, Prague, where she also obtained her Master degree. In 2007 she attended Export Academy, a three months’ course organized by Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and Czechtrade Agency. She also attended one-week seminar on Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Advanced Course on Intellectual Property for Government Officials. From 2005 to 2007 she worked at Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Department of European countries. From 2007 to 2010 she worked at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi, Department of Economy and Trade. From 2011 till today, she is a guest lecturer in the course „Globalization in International Relations“ at the University of Economic, Prague. From 2011-2012 she was at Department of Trade and International Economic organizations, common trade policy division, WTO and other international organizations, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. From 2013 to 2014 she worked as a Head of the EU a NATO division at the Office of the President of the Czech Republic.
