Biography
Kari M. Osland is a senior researcher at the Peace, Conflict and Development Research Group at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). Osland’s work focuses predominantly on conflict dynamics, insurgencies, peace operations and peace building. The geographical focus areas are the Balkans and the Sahel.
