Biography
Vladimir Radunović is the Coordinator of the E-diplomacy Projects of DiploFoundation, and a lecturer in Internet governance, cyber-security and e-diplomacy. Mr. Radunović has been involved with the UN WSIS process since 2003, and currently serves as a member of the Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group of the UN Internet Governance Forum. He has been a key resource person in a number of online and in-situ professional training events in Internet governance and policy worldwide, and has worked on capacity building in cyber-security with a number of institutions including the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Council of Europe and several governments. His work focuses on the Internet governance process, cyber-security and Internet safety, infrastructure and access policy, diplomatic and inter-stakeholder relations, capacity development, e-participation and e-diplomacy. He holds a Diploma in electrical engineering from the University of Belgrade and a Master degree in contemporary diplomacy from the University of Malta.
