Waldemar Ratajczak
Biography
Waldemar Ratajczak is Deputy Director of the International Security Policy Department at the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Poland. During his over 20 years long military career, COL. Ratajczak has, among many other positions, served as Military Adviser to the Permanent Mission of Poland to the OSCE and other International Organisations in Vienna (1998-2000), Deputy Head of Arms Control & Disarmament Agreements Division in Polish MoD (2001-2003), Senior Military Adviser to the Permanent Mission of Poland to the United Nation’s Office and Other International Organisations in Geneva (2003-2007) and as Head of Non-proliferation and Disarmament Policy Division at the Polish Ministry of National Defence. He specializes in multilateral diplomacy, international security issues and arms control negotiation.
